We ask you to provide certain information to us when requesting or purchasing an item from out store to be able to communicate with you. We normally communicate through telephone call and email which we have for your account on our record.  This could also be used to identify previous purchases, delivery communications and any other reasons that deem necessary.

Multitrade Ltd may offer a livechat customer support service from time to time. When you start a live chat, our system will timestamp and store your submitted pre-chat information in an encrypted database.
